This privacy policy covers the website datahub.events (this corporate website). The DataHub platform applications (Registry, client portal, APIs) are governed by the agreements concluded with the respective customers.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on infrastructure of Hetzner Online GmbH in data centers within the European Union. When you visit the site, the web server processes technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) in server logs to deliver the site securely and diagnose faults. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Log data is not used to profile visitors.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets a single functional cookie that stores your language preference (English or German). It contains no identifier and is not used for tracking. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tools are used on this website.
Contact and demo requests
If you submit the contact form (name, email address, optionally organization and message), we process this data exclusively to handle your request.
